Entering your 40s and 50s can be a daunting period for a lot of women. Our bodies undergo tremendous changes whilst our responsibilities and demands increase alongside. I will guide you on a journey of aging gracefully both physically through the awareness of proper nutrition, self-care and exercise, and emotionally through stress management and mindfulness tools.

We look at what the Vagus Nerve is and how it is key to our mental, emotional and physical health.
