Women approaching or transitioning to mid-life undergo tremendous changes physically, mentally and emotionally. They are often unsupported in this process and suffer from discomfort that prevents them from enjoying life to their fullest.

With the signature coaching program, I will guide you in making the necessary health and lifestyle changes to overcome stress, hormonal imbalances and weight issues so that you can function optimally during this significant milestone and embrace the next phase of your life with vim and vigor.

We will meet twice a month for a period of 6 months.

For the woman who wants to take charge of her health but unsure of where to start. This coaching program brings you on a journey of discovery into what your body really needs and not what society dictates. Working together I will empower and support you to implement changes that will balance your physical, mental and emotional health and help you gain vitality.

We will meet once every 2 weeks for 3 months

TEEN WARRIOR COACHING PROGRAM

Does your teen lack confidence, suffer from low self-esteem, or body image issues? Does she have an unhealthy relationship with food? Is she constantly stressed, anxious and tend to succumb to peer pressure?

Teens face intense demands at school, at home and from their peers. There is a pressure to succeed, a pressure to conform to a certain look or body type and in the era of social media, the pressure to be “perfect” online. They are not taught to manage their stress, to take pride in developing their own identities and strengths and are poorly equipped to navigate the battles of teenage hood. As such, teenage mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, self-harm and eating disorders are rife especially amongst girls.

With the warrior teen program, I will coach each teen to discover their own strengths and values, equipping them with the tools they need to manage stress and anxiety, build self-confidence and resilience to flourish in their journey ahead.

We will meet once every 2 weeks for 6 months

HOLISTIC HEALTH CALIBRATION SESSION

Unsure of which program is suited for you or are you curious about the overall state of your holistic health?

The Holistic Health Calibration session offers a thorough assessment of your overall well-being. It covers key aspects such as health and wellness goals, stress levels, sleep quality, energy, mood, diet, body pain, health concerns, emotions, spirituality, exercise, and self-care rituals.

Clients will receive personalized self-care tools and insights during the session, and by the end, a customized basic holistic health plan is provided. This plan is designed to guide you on your holistic health journey, which you may choose to follow at their own pace. It serves as an excellent starting point for anyone looking to recalibrate and improve their holistic health.

For those looking for a circle of women where they can share, bond and embark on a wellness journey together, I offer group coaching programs. A safe space where I guide ladies in supporting each other reach their health and wellness goals.
